30 Under 30 has been a staple of the MCV/DEVELOP calendar for many years, but for the first time we have decided to honour the rising stars of the UK games industry at IRL, our annual in-person afternoon and evening event, to be held once again at Village Underground, London.

IRL is an informal industry get-together, where anyone working in or connected to video game creation is welcome. No dress codes, no overbearing protocols, just friends, colleagues and vaguely familiar faces meeting up to enjoy one anothers’ company and celebrate the UK industry’s collective achievements, which this year will be especially focused on those leading us towards a brighter and more inclusive future. 

Whether you can make it to IRL or not, please do take the time to nominate your co-workers and collaborators, that they might join the ranks of this year’s 30 Under 30, so you might bask in their glory and in whose future achievements you can rightly claim to have influenced!
